Virginia SB 612 (2022) — Highway use fee, mileage-based user fee program; program clarifications.

Highway use fee, mileage-based user fee program; program clarifications developed by the working group. Requires the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to deny the registration or registration renewal of a participant in the mileage-based user fee program who has failed to pay the mileage-based user fee. The bill protects certain data collected for the mileage-based user fee program from disclosure.
