Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; copy of rental agreement for tenant. Requires a landlord to provide a copy of the signed written rental agreement to the tenant within 10 business days of the effective date of the rental agreement and to provide additional hard copies of the rental agreement upon request or to maintain such rental agreement in an electronic format that can be easily accessed by or shared with the tenant upon request.
