Virginia HB 1365 (2024) — Higher educational institutions, public; release of student transcripts.
Public institutions of higher education; release of student transcripts. Requires each public institution of higher education to release an academic transcript directly to the employer or prospective employer of a student currently or formerly enrolled at such institution upon the request of the student.
