Virginia HB 1409 (2024) — Crash reports; contracted service providers.

Crash reports; contracted service providers. Authorizes law-enforcement agencies to utilize a contracted service provider to forward crash reports electronically to the Department of Motor Vehicles and manage or disseminate copies of certain crash reports as authorized by law.
