Allowsthe court to fix the period of suspension of sentence for a reasonabletime, having due regard to the gravity of the offense, without regardto the statutory maximum period for the offenses of sexual batteryand sexual abuse of a child 13 years of age or older but under 15years of age. Fixing period of suspension of sentence; sexualbattery; sexual abuse of a child under 15 years of age.
