Venue; obtaining documents from the Department of Motor Vehicles when not entitled thereto; penalty. Provides that the venue for a violation of the offense of obtaining documents from the Department of Motor Vehicles (the Department) when not entitled thereto may be in the jurisdiction (i) from which any person obtained any document issued by the Department, (ii) where any person received or created any counterfeit, forged, or altered document used to obtain a document issued by the Department, or (iii) where any counterfeit, forged, or altered document has been filed with the Department.
