Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security; Secretary of Finance; evaluate public safety communications infrastructure updates and hardware replacements; report. Directs the Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security, in conjunction with the Secretary of Finance, to evaluate the need for public safety communications infrastructure updates and hardware replacements, and the cost of meeting such need.
