Bill Incorrect vehicle title or registration address; owner or lessee of any real property to notify DMV. Department of Motor Vehicles; incorrect vehicle title or registration address. Authorizes the owner or lessee of any real property in the Commonwealth to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles if the address of the real property is used for the titling or registration of a vehicle that does not belong to any owner, lessee, or resident of the real property. Virginia HB 2423 (2025) — Incorrect vehicle title or registration address; owner or lessee of any real property to notify DMV.

Department of Motor Vehicles; incorrect vehicle title or registration address. Authorizes the owner or lessee of any real property in the Commonwealth to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles if the address of the real property is used for the titling or registration of a vehicle that does not belong to any owner, lessee, or resident of the real property.
