Department of Social Services; Restaurant Meals Program of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program; report. Directs the Department of Social Services to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on the implementation of the Restaurant Meals Program of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
