Board of Pharmacy; therapeutic interchange; work group; report. Directs the Board of Pharmacy to convene a work group of relevant stakeholders to review the current authority of pharmacists to initiate therapeutic interchange and make recommendations to streamline and modernize the therapeutic interchange process in the Commonwealth.
