Bill Housing and Community Development, Dept. of; consolidation of varying due dates for certain reports. Department of Housing and Community Development reports; consolidation. Consolidates varying due dates for certain reports relating to the Department of Housing and Community Development to October 1 and requires such reports be submitted as part of one annual report, to be presented to the Governor and the General Assembly. The bill creates a requirement for (i) an annual report on the outcomes associated with closed projects that received a grant from the Virginia Growth and Opportunity Fund and requires the Department to use such report to create and maintain a public facing performance dashboard with such information to be updated annually and (ii) a comprehensive annual report on the state's homeless programs.
