Bill Employees of state government; personal interest in certain contracts prohibited. Virginia HB 1311 (2026) — Employees of state government; personal interest in certain contracts prohibited.

Employees of state government; personal interest in certain contracts prohibited; certain exception for certain employees of the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind.
