Bill Standards of Learning assessments; through-year growth assessment system eliminated. Board of Education; through-year growth assessment system eliminated. Virginia HB 199 (2026) — Standards of Learning assessments; through-year growth assessment system eliminated.

Board of Education; through-year growth assessment system eliminated.
