Virginia HB 867 (2026) — Affordable housing; local zoning ordinance authority.
Affordable housing; local zoning ordinance authority. Authorizes any locality in the Commonwealth to provide for an affordable housing dwelling unit program by amending the zoning ordinance of such locality.
