Bill Va. War Memorial Foundation; Commissioner of Dept. of Veterans Services shall provide supervision. Department of Veterans Services; Virginia War Memorial division. Virginia SB 112 (2026) — Va. War Memorial Foundation; Commissioner of Dept. of Veterans Services shall provide supervision.
