Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 7 U.S.C. § 495 - Authorization of appropriations
Text
There is authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary after the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1927 to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
