Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Editorial Notes
Codification Section, act Aug. 5, 1955, ch. 568, § 1, 69 Stat. 500, which established the basic annual compensation of the coordinator, Joint Recording Facility, has been omitted because of section 4131(l) of this title which abolished the Joint Recording Facility positions and salaries established pursuant to the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1948, and all subsequent acts.
