Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. H, title I, § 1018(h)(3), Feb. 20, 2003, 117 Stat. 369, which related to reimbursement for Capitol Police salaries paid by Capitol Police for service at Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, was transferred to section 1905a of this title.
