Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 2 U.S.C. § 288m - Contingent fund
Text
The expenses of the Office shall be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate in accordance with section 6503 of this title, and upon vouchers approved by the Counsel.
