Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Codification Section was from act Mar. 2, 1901, ch. 805, 31 Stat. 935, the Agricultural Appropriation Act, 1902, and authorized the Secretary of Agriculture to employ personnel and to incur administrative expenses in carrying out the objects of the agricultural experiment station program. See section 361g of this title. Similar provisions were contained in several prior appropriation acts.
