Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Codification Section 61a was editorially reclassified as section 6531 of this title. Section 6531 of this title was subsequently repealed by Pub. L. 116–94, div. E, title II, § 212(a)(3)(H), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 2776.
