Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 5 U.S.C. § 8403 - Relationship to the Social Security Act
Text
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the benefits payable under the System are in addition to the benefits payable under the Social Security Act.
