Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 2 U.S.C. § 2144 - Disbursement of appropriations for Botanic Garden
Text
On and after November 5, 1990, all appropriations made on account of the Botanic Garden shall be disbursed for that purpose in the same manner as other appropriations under the control of the Architect of the Capitol.
