Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries

Effective Date of RepealPub. L. 115244, div. B, title I, § 118(c), Sept. 21, 2018, 132 Stat. 2930, provided that: “The amendments made by this section [repealing this section and sections 5126 to 5129 of this title] shall apply with respect to any individual who serves as a Representative in Congress during the One Hundred Fifteenth Congress or any succeeding Congress.”
