Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 2 U.S.C. § 6111 - Compensation of President pro tempore of Senate
Text
Whenever there is no Vice President, the President of the Senate for the time being is entitled to the compensation provided by law for the Vice President.
