Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Codification Sections 12–1 to 12–3 comprised the second, third, and fourth pars., respectively, of section 8 of the Commodity Exchange Act, Sept. 21, 1922, ch. 369, § 8, 42 Stat. 1003. Such section 8 was amended generally by Pub. L. 95–405, § 16, Sept. 30, 1978, 92 Stat. 873, and is classified in its entirety to section 12 of this title. Section 12–1, as added Dec. 19, 1947, ch. 523, 61 Stat. 941; amended Feb. 19, 1968, Pub. L. 90–258, § 19(b), 82 Stat. 32; Oct. 23, 1974, Pub. L. 93–463, title I, § 103(a), (e), (f), 88 Stat. 1392, related to disclosure of names of traders on commodity markets by Commission. See section 12(e) of this title.
