Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 7 U.S.C. § 7215 - Applicability of payment limitations
Text
Sections 1308 through 1308–3 of this title shall be applicable to contract payments made under this subchapter.
