Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Section, act June 29, 1935, ch. 338, title I, § 9, as added Aug. 14, 1946, ch. 966, title I, § 101(2), 60 Stat. 1083, authorized appropriations for agricultural experiment stations, provided for availability of funds and unexpended balances, and prescribed allotments for the experiment stations.
