Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Codification Section, act Apr. 21, 1948, ch. 224, § 1, 62 Stat. 197, transferred records, property, and civilian personnel of the Remount Service of the Quartermaster Corps of the Army to the Department of Agriculture effective July 1, 1948, and was omitted from the Code as obsolete.
