7 U.S.C. § 473c2 - Penalties for offenses relating to sampling of cotton

Text

Any person violating any provision of section 473c1 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
