Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 7 U.S.C. § 1039 - Time for filing purchase applications
Text
No application for the purchase of mineral interests under sections 1033 to 1039 of this title shall be filed until ninety days after September 6, 1950.
