Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 10 U.S.C. § 2010 - Requirements with respect to motorcycle safety training
Text
The Secretaries of the military departments shall ensure that all beginner motorcycle safety training provided to members of the Armed Forces meets the motorcycle safety training requirements for licensing of the State in which the permanent station of the member receiving the training is located.

Codification Pub. L. 119–60, § 543, which directed amendment of chapter 21 of this title by adding this section after section 2009 of this title, was executed by adding this section to chapter 101 of this title to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
