Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Leases for Tanker Aircraft Under Multiyear Aircraft-Lease Pilot ProgramPub. L. 107–314, div. A, title I, § 133, Dec. 2, 2002, 116 Stat. 2477, which provided that the Secretary of the Air Force could not enter into a lease for the acquisition of tanker aircraft for the Air Force under section 8159 of div. A of Pub. L. 107–117 (10 U.S.C. 3671 note) until certain requirements were met, was repealed by Pub. L. 119–60, div. A, title VIII, § 811(b)(19)(A), Dec. 18, 2025, 139 Stat. 949.
