Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 10 U.S.C. § 1042 - Copy of certificate of service
Text
A fee for a copy of a certificate showing service in the armed forces may not be charged to—
(1) a person discharged or released from the armed forces honorably or under honorable conditions;
(2) the next of kin of the person; or
(3) a legal representative of the person.
