Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 10 U.S.C. § 1523 - Posthumous commissions and warrants: effect on pay and allowances
Text
No person is entitled to any bonus, gratuity, pay, or allowance because of a posthumous commission or warrant.
