Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 10 U.S.C. § 8679a - Contracting with shipyards controlled by a foreign adversary country: prohibition
Text
The Secretary of Defense may not enter into any contract or other agreement with a shipyard determined by the Secretary of Defense to be under the ownership, control, or influence of a covered nation, as defined in section 4872(f) of this title.
