Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 10 U.S.C. § 8763 - Useless ordnance material: disposition of proceeds on sale
Text
The net proceeds of sales of useless ordnance material by the Department of the Navy shall be covered into the Treasury.
