Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries

Savings ProvisionAny plan approved by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation under former section 1730i of this title for any State savings association to continue in effect as long as such association adheres to the plan and continues to submit to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation regular and complete reports on the progress in meeting the associations goals under the plan, notwithstanding the repeal of that section, see section 302 of Pub. L. 10173, set out as a Savings Provision note under section 1467a of this title.

Transfer of Functions For provisions relating to abolition of Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation and Federal Home Loan Bank Board and transfer of functions, personnel, and property of such agencies, see sections 401 to 406 of Pub. L. 10173, set out as a note under section 1437 of this title.
