Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Codification Section, act Sept. 21, 1950, ch. 967, § 2[39], as added Dec. 19, 1991, Pub. L. 102–242, title II, § 228, 105 Stat. 2308, which related to notice of branch closure, was renumbered section 2[42] of act Sept. 21, 1950, by Pub. L. 102–550, title XI, § 1602(a), Oct. 28, 1992, 106 Stat. 4079, and transferred to section 1831r–1 of this title.
