Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 12 U.S.C. § 3309 - Risk management training
Text
(a) Seminars The Council shall develop and administer training seminars in risk management for its employees and the employees of insured financial institutions.
(b) Study of risk management training program Not later than end of the 1-year period beginning on August 9, 1989, the Council shall—
(1) conduct a study on the feasibility and appropriateness of establishing a formalized risk management training program designed to lead to the certification of Risk Management Analysts; and
(2) report to the Congress the results of such study.
