Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

L. 100418, title II, § 2302, Aug. 23, 1988, 102 Stat. 1341, which related to Commercial Service Officers and multilateral development bank procurement, was renumbered § 1803 of title XVIII of Pub. L. 95118, by Pub. L. 101240, title V, § 541(b)(2), Dec. 19, 1989, 103 Stat. 2517, and was transferred to section 262s2 of Title 22, Foreign Relations and Intercourse.
