Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

16 U.S.C. § 410ww3 - Studies

Text

The Secretary shall study the following properties to determine the feasibility and suitability of including them within the park:

(1) Properties within the Wright-Dunbar Historic District.

(2) Wright Company Factory, Dayton, Ohio. A report of the study of such properties shall be submitted as part of the general management plan required by section 410ww2 of this title.
