59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

The national monument shall be administered by the Secretary of the Interior, through the National Park Service, subject to the provisions of the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535; 16 U.S.C. 1–4),11 See References in Text note below. as amended and supplemented, and the Act of August 21, 1935 (49 Stat. 666; 16 U.S.C. 461–467).1
