Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 16 U.S.C. § 460yyy - Definitions
Text
In this subchapter:
(1) Conservation Area The term “Conservation Area” means the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area established by section 460yyy–1(a) of this title.
(2) Management plan The term “management plan” means the management plan developed for the Conservation Area under section 460yyy–2(c) of this title.
(3) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
