verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

Plan for Control of Dutch Elm DiseasePub. L. 94–588, § 20, Oct. 22, 1976, 90 Stat. 2963, provided that the Secretary of Agriculture, in consultation with officials of both the States and political subdivisions thereof, conduct a study of the incidence of Dutch elm disease and evaluate methods for controlling the spread of such disease and submit a report on the results of such study to the President and the Congress on or before Mar. 1, 1977.
