Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 16 U.S.C. § 758e–3 - Regulations; contract terms and conditions
Text
The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of sections 758e to 758e–5 of this title. Any contract entered into pursuant to section 758e of this title shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretary deems necessary and appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
