legal-us-code default now covers every title.

20 U.S.C. § 7927 - Sense of Congress on restoration of State sovereignty over public education

Text

It is the Sense of Congress that State and local officials should be consulted and made aware of the requirements that accompany participation in activities authorized under this chapter prior to a State or local educational agencys request to participate in such activities.
