now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

20 U.S.C. § 130 - Purchases through the General Services Administration

On and after September 8, 1978, Howard University is authorized to make purchases through the General Services Administration.

Codification Section is from the Second Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1978, and contained additional provisions relating to purchases by the American Printing House for the Blind, Gallaudet University, and the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, which are set out in sections 106 and 4362 of this title.
