Section 830, Pub. L. 93203, title I, § 128, as added Pub. L. 95524, § 2, Oct. 27, 1978, 92 Stat. 1947, authorized the Secretary to accept and utilize services and property in the furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.

Section 831, Pub. L. 93203, title I, § 129, as added Pub. L. 95524, § 2, Oct. 27, 1978, 92 Stat. 1947, provided the Secretary with additional authorization to utilize various services and facilities of Federal, State, and local agencies and public and private organizations in the performance of functions under this chapter.
