now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

Section 3011, Pub. L. 105394, title I, § 101, Nov. 13, 1998, 112 Stat. 3635, provided for continuity grants for States that received funding for a limited period for technology-related assistance. Section 3012, Pub. L. 105394, title I, § 102, Nov. 13, 1998, 112 Stat. 3644; Pub.
